Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.

The staff was really friendly and professional. The room is very comfortable.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Decent stay... Value for money... Room was okay.. Location wasn't great as the approach road was narrow. Near Park street yet so far. Didn't expect much from service but people were generally nice.. Mostly ate in Park street.

Waste of money place plz dnt visit rooms dirty show in pic its different nd when I tell them they are saying me they will call police that I m shouting on them if I paying u premium room money then why will I take normal deluxe room ni staff no service bed sheet for dirty ac was was leakage

You staff is very unfriendly and too arrogant. The room lacked basic facilities like clean bedsheets, dohar. Bathroom had dirty mugs, no shampoo.
