"I had a terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. During my seven days there, housekeeping only occurred once, and I had to request it also, initially the room which was allocated to me had defective fittings in the bathroom and couldnt used it still they asked to stay their for a day and on next day they made me change the room. They provided inadequate toiletries and towels, and even then it was only after I asked multiple times. I paid for breakfast for my entire stay, but it consisted of just two items on alternate days. Additionally, they charged for complimentary water bottles. On one occasion, I found the main entrance closed before the scheduled time. When I asked why, the staff were dismissive and unkind, despite having seen me step out just moments before. As an international guest, I specifically inquired about the provision of Form C before booking, and I was assured it would be handled. However, upon arrival, the staff claimed they would assist me, but ultimately did nothing. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this hotel. It was my first time booking with FabHotel and I ended up like this. Team you really need to work on this to make pleasant stay for the guests."

Hotel should provide their personal or reception contact number. Numbers mentioned in contact details 1 is of goibibo and the other is not a valid number. Overall I faced too much problems reaching at the hotel. Hotel is not upto the standards. I booked it at around Rs 1200 and it was not worth it. It should be within 1000.Room lock was not working, TV was not recharged."
