Very Poor Service provided by hotel staffs. Room and Washroom are dirty and cleaning not done on daily basis. Bad odour comes from hotel room and there was insects below bed mattress. Very terrible experience. Photos of hotel room posted are modified. Not recommended anyone to stay in this hotel.

I received advance. Payment receipt from agoda and booking confirmation from Feb group. When I approached the front desk they are not give me the room. Then call to costomer care after one hour they are willing to give me a bad room. It is not as in the booking web page. On that day my trip program was spoiled. Beware about Feb express next.

Pathetic experience we had with this property. There were cockroaches all around and we could not sleep the entire night because of this. Thus, we had to checkout one day earlier, but payment for the two days stay.
