The main person at the reception wasn't prepared for my arrival..he said that he hadn't received any booking. tv wasn't working in my room. they had no proper spare room for me to shift into. the person never told me about wi-fi himself, a day before leaving i had to ask him for the same and he said that he had checked the connection in my room before i shifted (but couldn't bother to give details during check-in). water bottle was given only on the first day by staff..on other days i had to ask them. only a small soap cake was given and some liquid soap(for handwash?) was there in the bathroom. room used to have cigarette smoke smell frequently..no idea from where it was seeping in.
