Good room sizes and very well maintained bathroom. Very welcoming staff and professional service quality with nice behaviour of room service operator.

We are still at this beautiful hotel for another day,so we were here for a 3night stay.The check in process was a breeze.

Service of staff supercied all bottle neck of hotel beat location or comparison with any 5 star hotels cleanliness. Staff was super-coperative either it was morning check-in or second day evening check-out. Loved the way they served us. "Muskuraiye aap Lucknow mein hai" deserve this.

This is my second time here and every time I enjoy the bed, the bathroom.

Excellent service. The staff at the restaurant was amazing. Very thoughtful, very eager to be of service - the best I have experienced!

Location was good , infrastructure was wonderful, facilities provided were excellent , breakfast provided was good.

There was not basic items I. Room i e kettle and beverage complimentary tea coffee even when I asked for glass then they provided it and also bathroom slippers

The room was not clean when I arrived, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell that lasted throughout my stay. The water taps and shower were not working properly, and half of the room lights were not functioning. These issues made the stay even more disappointing.
