"Couldn't have had a worse experience than staying at this hotel. This is going to be a long review, kindle brace yourself. 1. We reached at 9am and requested an early check in, we were refused and given the reason that no room is available and 10 minutes later the owner/manager says 'pay us 500 and you can check in early' to which we refused 2. We were then given a room on the 3rd floor and to our surprise the lift was not functioning and there was no one to pick up the luggage too. We checked in at 12 noon and the room condition was pathetic. No toiletries, no towels, spots on bedsheets and blankets. 3. There was construction/renovation work going on and there was no wifi signal on 3rd floor therefore we requested to get the room changed. For which we had to wait another 1hr since the rooms were vacant but not clean. 4. Now finally when we got the room changed at 1pm we tried connecting to wifi and were told the wifi also is not functioning. We asked for mineral water and were given unsealed bottles filled with tap water. There were frequent power cuts. On asking for 2 towels and 2 mineral water bottles, we were only given 1 and told 'sir thoda adjust kar lijiye aur bhi guests ko dena hai'"

"Poor experience. No proper cleaning inside room and common area. Partial toiletries provided. Damaged bathroom fixtures. Clogged wash basin (which they didn't fixed for the whole stay) Please be beware of the photographs these are highly edited photos and you will find multiple name on maps, Gaytri inn Ghamar inn, all are the same"

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
