"Bul se bhi book nahi karna, especially if you have guests with you. This hotel booking seemed too good to be true in reviews and picture, and unfortunately, I fell into the trap. • The room lock wasn’t proper. • No internet connectivity in the area. • No restaurant. • The rooms were just okay. • Frequent power cuts. • The hotel is in a very odd location (Transport Nagar, where transportation parking happens). • The staff was average at best. • The receptionist was a pure insensible. He called me 10 times within 10 minutes infront of my guest for things that could have easily been handled later. Due to internet issues, some things weren’t going through, and he wasted my entire day. I was insulted in front of my friends who visited me. They told me they’d never seen such poor service. The basic support you expect from a hotel was missing. Look, no one books a hotel for a random walk-in. I needed support as I was new to the city, and they failed miserably. This is the last time I’m booking with Fab Hotels. Such a cheap company with a cheap mindset, ruining their guests’ entire day."

"One of the worst experience I had with hotel. No cleaning and all the rooms are very dirty. The staffs are not even bother to ask the guest to clean the room and no dental kit, water bottle, they even don't clean bed and toilets even after incoming. My recommendation is here please do not book this hotel and face the same consequences."

"Do not book this hotel from online platform, especially from fab hotels. Hotel staff won't provide basic amenities because you made booking from online platform. Small rooms not worthy of your money. Would recommend to book somewhere else. Their receptionist is a small boy who can keep you waiting for more than 1 hour if you want early check-in by saying all rooms are booked. Although we were ready to pay early check-in charges. But after 1 hour he may have pity on you and suddenly rooms are available. 3rd class hospitality, 3rd class facilities....do not waste your money especially from online booking!!!"

"I'll give my honest review about the stay. I've read some bad reviews about the hotel but I when I reached there..my view have changed completely. Everything was good enough. Rooms, Services, Hotel, interiors n all. The only thing bothered me was the cleanliness. Rest ohk. Staff was so humble and kind and good in etiquettes. Location was far from the main road so I've suffered to go anywhere. But rest was good and had a peaceful stay. Must visit once."

Parking - Excellent( In front of the Hotel). Connectivity - Superb. Metro in 2 minutes walking distance. Staffs - Courteous and helpful. ATM - Opposite side of the road. Only Bathroom Fittings were very old and rusty."
