Clean rooms but maintenance and food need work" The rooms here are clean and offer good value for the price, plus the parking space is quite spacious. However, I noticed a lack of pre-check-in maintenance; the flush and TV were not working when I arrived, though the staff did fix them once I complained. Speaking of staff, they are polite, but don't expect them to go the extra mile—I forgot my ID at the desk and they made no effort to notify me or return it. A word of caution: avoid the food here. The taste was very poor, especially the soup. The location is tucked away at the back, so it’s a bit hidden.

The hotel and rooms are fine. The staff is not so good, you can't expect them to go over the miles. They're rude and say no directly. No extra efforts in services....

Disappointing Stay: Lack of Basic Amenities and Unprofessional Staff I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and my experience was nothing short of disastrous. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the hotel was not equipped to provide even the most basic amenities. The first issue I encountered was the lack of hot water in my room. When I reported this to the staff, they claimed that they were "starting the motor" and that the hot water would be available soon. However, after waiting for some time, I was told that I could use another room to take a bath. When I requested a room change, I was finally assigned a new room. However, when we arrived at the hotel at 10 pm, the new room had its own set of problems. There were no amenities, such as hand towels or coffee/tea pouches. When I asked the staff for these basic items, they claimed that they were not available. The kitchen was also closed, and they didn't provide tea or coffee bags, which should have been in the room. The next morning, I woke up to find that there was no water in the room, not even cold water. The staff claimed that they would fix the issue, but it took them several hours to do so. Even then, the hot water tap only dispensed cold water. The room location was also poor, with loud noise from a nearby marriage function that lasted until 2 pm. The room was not soundproof, and the staff seemed unconcerned about the disturbance. To top it all off, the staff was untrained and unprofessional. When I asked for cloth hangers, I was told that they were not available. However, when I mentioned that the previous room had hangers, the staff reluctantly brought them to my room. The food options were also limited, with the hotel claiming that they were "out of" several items. They had vegetable sandwiches on the menu, but they mentioned they could provide only potato sandwiches. Since I booked the hotel with breakfast, I didn't have any other option. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a disaster. The lack of basic amenities, unprofessional staff, and poor room location made for a deeply unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Walls are not in good condition. Water leakage issue in washroom. Mosquito issue.

Room telephone was not working, could not call reception, had to work but the internet connection was way too slow like 1 mbps download speed. Somehow when problem was addressed to the reception, no resolution to the problem, just fake assurance, toilet roll was missing

This is the issue regarding my booking @ fab hotel impact as i went there they denied me to provide the room as the say said no room is available but i maid my booking confirmed 1 month before when i reach at the hotel they denied me by saying that no room is vacant they sell their rooms in higher price to the customer they denied me and dont provide me the room. They are saying false that they provide me the room . As i have mentioned earlier that i paid my booking partial and making confirm even then also they have not provided me the room . They were saying me to stay at very poor class hotel at same price very bad hotel even no ac were working they does not provided me the room . And i have to stay at other hotel and i paid there even i made booking 1 month earlier . Only issue is that kindly provide me the money which i paid partially to make my booking confirm. They are saying wrong that they provided me the room. Totallly bad response from fab . I did not except this from fab hotel. Employee at fab hotel impact were selling room at very higher price in black to other guest. And guest who made booking earlier they denied to provide them a room . Kindly refund my money back which i paid it to make my booking confirm..
