"The hotel management was too bad , they gave without cleaning, balcony was super dirty , they didn't put and towel in washroom and also didn't put handwash and other basic necessities....i think its over charged ...i could have get the best room in same amount....and surprisingly I reachded 2 hr before check-in time then theier staff told me to pay extra amount of 400 rs for stay...even Taj hotel Mumbai used to mot ask if they have empty room .... because it show how much u care ur customer.......i dont know how people are giving good rating to such a bad hotel"
