"Overall experience was good the only thing they need to care is about the curtain and bathroom water drain problems.. whenever I enter the bathroom the floor was wet everytime and water didnt drain from the floor easily. And the curtain was very bad, anyone can watch us from outside during night and sunlight directly came inside the room during daytime.. but still I will rate the hotel 4 out of 5"

"When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing."

"eˆ‰ i usually review everything as positively as possible but this place really isna€™t a good fit for foreign travelers at all. the room was more or less clean, but full of tiny flying bugs. the sheets werena€™t really that clean (lots of dead tiny bugs) and the bathroom smelled a bit like sewage (closing the door made it ok in the room, but it wasna€™t really optimal). the night staff spoke no english and were very rude to us when we arrived late (after calling ahead in the afternoon to confirm it was ok to arrive late). they didna€™t want to let us in the gate from the road because they couldna€™t find our booking number (???) and the street was dark and full of stray dogs (1:30 am). the included breakfast was not continental! if you dona€™t want an indian breakfast, there are a few options on a list, but in the end, all they actually had on hand from their menu was a tiny bowl of cornflakes... ita€™s not worth getting up for. also no one understood anything we asked so it was really hard to order. the staff is very very very literal - they wanted us to check out and pack up and check back in again to stay an extra night. they didna€™t really seem to be able to anticipate what we might be asking (outside of the totally routine things which they did ok on) or even really care all that much. it was a bit frustrating to try to communicate because everyone always seemed upset with us when we asked them questions they couldna€™t understand (except for the day manager who did speak english and was quite nice but not always there). eˆ‡ close to train station. the day gate guard was awesome and friendly and helped with our uber. day manager was nice and spoke english."

Alors on m'a attribuA© une chambre au 3A¨me A©tage (loin des bambous), avec du bois A l'intA©rieur, jolie et lumineuse au premier abord. Seulement une A©norme averse a A©clatA© et la chambre a A©tA© inondA©e en 5 minutes. A la suite de cela, on m'a reproposA© une autre chambre prA¨s des cuisines, sans fenetre. Que j'ai refusA©e, car pour le prix je souhaitais pouvoir aA©rer ma chambre et dormir dans le calme. Alors, menaA§ant de partir (et en ayant sincA¨rement la volontA©), le manager a comme par miracle trouvA© les clA©s d'une chambre en bambou avec balcon. Je l'ai acceptA©. "Very disappointed by the product and the service... first I checked in a room and there was drainage pipe inside the room which made sound. The hotel staff was very kind to give another room then in the second room the linen on the bed was pathetic dirty and ripped from places . Then I asked to change . Next day the reception guy told that the breakfast is at 07:30 however I went to the resturant at 07:45 expecting to have breakfast the resturant staff said they just came and it will be open in 15 mins ... after a brief wait of more than 15mins I asked the staff the staff then said it will open at 08:30 . I came back at 08:30 it was ready also however the staff accommodated and got me breakfast . Last but not the least there was no hot water in the shower. I had to wait 45 mins and after 45 mins the person comes and says that the hot water is working which was not the water was very cold I had to take shower with the cold water very very very unprofessional service and highly not recommended for some any other guests to stay. I wasna€™t told that there is 1ltr water is included and they charged me a‚¹30/-. The wifi password was very tricky and it didna€™t even work most of the time very bad experience. I would really like to have my money back In return to this terrible experience let me know if it is so.."

"Worst service ever!!!! First of all when we checked in(7am) , we were told that we have to wait till 12 noon (their check in time) or we have to pay early check in charges which we refused. They themselve told us that they have many rooms available but they won't give before time. After some arguement on this we got a small dingy room (108) ,full of mosquitos, no windows, suffocating like hell .We asked them to change it and after waiting again for hours we were made to change room and this continued for three more times because their every room has some problem... sometimes ac is not working or no tap water or other ..they provide a soap and a bathing foam in the name of toiletries, everything else is chargeable (even dental kit,comb) .They provide only one complimentary small water bottle a day . overpriced restaurant and worst food . yes they do have decorative rooms but obviously of no use as I am writing this answer sitting and waiting for hotel staff to check my room's ac at 2 am ...pity!! They ruined the whole stay as we are struggling to adjust in the room for the past two days ."

"eˆ‰ Everything was bad at this hotel. The room walls were so thin you could hear the TV and people talking in the next room. The TV was kept on by the next door people till 3 in the night. There were not of water problems in the washroom. Sink leaked and flow of water for shower was very bad. Had to call the guy to fix it 2 times and ended up fixing it myself. The food was horrible. Also half the things on the small menu were not available. They also served us stale smelly gulab jamun. The free WiFi did not really work. Asked them to pack us something to eat a night early as we were checking out at 5 am. They kept making excuses. So asked them to keep the bill ready by 5 am for check out. They did not do that as well. Missed half the items on the bill that I had to remind them to add and charge us for. They also got my name wrong. It was the worst experience of my life. Will never recommend anyone to stay there. eˆ‡ Nothing, except a couple of staff members were courteous."

"eˆ‰ Almost everything other than staff & toilet. eˆ‡ My first query is how do Booking.com evaluate the star rating? It was shown as **** property whereas its not even * star. Location is somehow ok. Bathroom is small but good. The rooms are not cleaned everyday nor even asked for. Breakfast is horrible, it shouldn't be called breakfast. This is another misleading point in the Booking.com site Breakfast included You have to choose only one item which will be complementary, rest all is chargeable & that too exorbitantly costly. There is no separate / standalone charging point. You have to remove some other units plug to put your mobile / lap to charge. Food are very costly with less variety. Amenities are limited & toiletries are substandard. In a nutshell I feel myself duped by the description in the site. Its an old property with an attempt to make up to set a look of ethnic style which failed miserably."

"I had a very bad experience, not going to stay with Fab prime hotel - Lucknow, their was problem of drainage, bed sheets were ugly and soiled . I did not like towels also used and dirty provided, blanket was old and torn. I had booked three rooms out of which two rooms were full of mosquitoes and third had bad toilet as I mentioned above, was looking for a good property, surely not going to recommend it to others. The shower broke all of sudden and water started flowing and whole bathroom got filed as their was drainage problem. Also the dental kit was chargeable, was travelling for business purpose but their was not comfort. I have a very bad impression for the fab hotel, first time I was staying with this hotel not gonna stay again in Lucknow atleast. I will give my reviews on Facebook and Google also."
