Good staff and services nice hotel

+ recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Bed sheets, blanket covers could be more clean. Pillows were not comfortable, not in good shape.

Locks of room not working, very dirty rooms and bedsheets and terrible washroom No amenities at all

Walls are not in good condition. Water leakage issue in washroom. Mosquito issue.

One of the worst experience so far. I would like to escalate this issue to the higher authority.
