The Management and Staff were extremely friendly. efficient and pro active. The room was fabulous and we also loved the breakfast. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we will return if back

We booked a double room for 2.7k including breakfast. We checked in in the evening and had to Wait for some time due to the rush but the manager was a very friendly guy and kept us at ease inspite of the rush. I requested a calm private room and we got a delight. A presidential suite sized room with a large 20x6 ft balcony albeit behind the canopy of the mall never the less not complaining. Food had to be ordered by Swiggy or dinner and service was slow, tv not working etc again due to the rush perhaps but the manager himself came to check the TV but there was no signal. Overall great value for money with a decent breakfast just ok but an impressive room. Make sure to ask for a calm room as some rooms may get theater sound. Also the rooms need to have better sound proofing from the hall as we can hear people talking in the hallway or even next room if there is a shared door.

Very nice hotel. Good, Attentive staffs. Excellent option in Ramnad. Even though we have not opted for breakfast, we had senior citizens and they gave them complimentary breakfast at the spot.

This hotel is surely one of a kind. We thought of actually staying here for one night only but the hotel was so good that we stayed for four days! The price was also very cheap compared to other hotels in that area of the same range. The ambience was phenomenal and all the staffs were super kind. Will surely recommend this to any person who wants to have a stay in Ramanathapuram.

However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The rooms are designed in a suite style, with a closed door separating two rooms. Unfortunately, the sound from the adjacent room is quite audible, which can affect privacy. Another downside is that the restaurant isn't operational, and breakfast is the only meal available on-site. For other meals, you have to rely on online food delivery services. Overall, it's a comfortable stay, but improvements could be made in terms of privacy and dining options.
