Very disappointing stay. The room floor was dirty, no towels were provided, and the TV didn’t work. The room was extremely cold, and when I complained, they charged ₹200 for a tiny heater that didn’t even work. They also charged ₹500 extra to switch rooms, but the new room was no better. Not so good experience. Female at reseption was so rude. Don book breakfast with room because they have only pranta and poha in morning menu. Overall very bad experience . Even they don't have printed Bills
