FabExpress Reena Residency

Booked a room in a hurry as i missed my bus. was upgraded to a deluxe room at no extra cost. staff was courteous and prompt and the room was also spacious enough. all the amenities advertised were provided.

Unclean hotel. not at all as shown in the picture.

Front desk staff are amazing!!! and all other staff are excellent too. amazing service, awesome room facilities. loved stating here. my favourite buget hotel for sure.

Disappointing stay at reena residency i recently had the misfortune of staying at reena residency and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. the hotel's website promised a comfortable and relaxing stay, but the reality was far from it. *dirty rooms:* the room i was allocated was in a deplorable state. the carpets were stained, the bed sheets were dirty, and the bathroom was grimy. the dustbin hadn't been emptied, and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. it was clear that the room hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. *wear and tear:* the room was in a state of disrepair. the furniture was old and creaky, the air conditioner was noisy, and the shower head was leaking. the paint was peeling off the walls, and the door handles were loose. *poor staff behavior:* but what was even more disturbing was the behavior of the staff. they were unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in addressing my concerns. when i brought the issues with the room to their attention, they seemed put off and unapologetic. the front desk staff were particularly rude and uncooperative. they charged extra for the room; it was more than the amount shown on the website and an extra $300 for the late checkout. the hotel's surroundings were noisy and polluted overall, my stay at reena residency was a disaster. the hotel's lack of attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service makes it a place to avoid. unless significant improvements are made, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. *rating breakdown:* - cleanliness: 1/5 - maintenance: 1/5 - staff behavior: 1/5 - amenities: 1/5 - value for money: 1/5 *will i return?* no *will i recommend?* no

Excellent hotel and wonderful staff. they were willing to above and beyond their duties. very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and great service.
