This hotel was very peaceful and welcoming. If you prefer quiet luxury, this is the place. Everything felt well-designed and quiet.
FabHotel P.A.S Residency
The location is awesome, the room is good but the linen, towel quality and neatness need to be improved.
FabHotel P.A.S Residency
Horrible location to stay in. They have no proper parking space. They asked me to park my car on the road side and some one broke my cars back tail light. I am totally disappointed. I would never recommend the stay and the location. I would request a refund of the amount paid. To compensate the charges that will fit me replacing the back light of my car.
FabHotel Dream Inn

FabHotel P.A.S Residency
This is not a Hotel, Very worst Experience, Don’t Book this Hotel. Basically I am not write an review but particular this I am writing Review, Hotels like these tarnish Chennai's reputation. It is wrong to deceive people in this manner.
FabHotel P.A.S Residency
Rooms is not good in the AC quarters falling responsible did not go not working what is falling in the ACod service is not good in the AC is the water is falling services so bad and responsibilities very very bad
FabHotel Sri Krishna Residency
FAB Hotel is a fake company. When you book a hotel on their website, their customer service officers will call you and force you to pay in advance. Since the rules and regulations of FAB Hotel Management and the hotels attached to them are different, we will have arguments with the hotel reception officials. The hotel we were staying at, Sri Krishna Residency, Nanganallur, had no lights, phones, or TVs working throughout the night. Only hot water came in the bathroom for a whole day, normal water didn't come the whole day we stayed. Despite contacting FAB Hotel customer service 42 times regarding all these issues, they have not spoken to us. Instead, they are working on new room bookings and forcing us to pay the deposit.
FabHotel P.A.S Residency
My ear buds went missing in the room and no proper action taken when we enquired and we couldn't get it back
FabHotel P.A.S Residency
Worst, booked via phone call for early check in & they promised for that. When I about to check in, they told room is not available. The reception guy told, i was not informed about ur earlily checkin & u have to wait till 12pm.
