Stayed at both Fab Spiro and Suvee Boutique in Banashankari, and overall found them to be great value for money – Fab Spiro is a straightforward, no-frills place that does the basics right, while Suvee Boutique feels a little more premium with a warmer vibe, nicer rooms and slightly better upkeep, so it’s the one to pick if you don’t mind paying a bit extra for added comfort. Overall, I recommend both for budget-friendly, hassle-free stays in this area

One of the best hotels in Bangalore. Compact and clean rooms, excellent service rendered by Indresh. He is very pleasant, polite and a thorough professional. Also Raja was quite nice and helpful. Such warm experience i had for the last 3 days. If it ever come to Bangalore again, Suvee Boutique at Banashankari would be my go to hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Great place to stay. Centralized location with all the amenities at a few minutes walking distance. Great staff, extremely co-operative and highly professional. Owner also always attentive towards the comfort & needs of the guests.

Location good Service is good Bad rooms and facilities not worth the price

Extremely disappointed with my experience at FabHotels. I booked a room for December 9th and specifically requested an early check-in at 6 AM. While booking, the customer care representative confirmed it was possible for an additional ₹500 and even provided a contact number for confirmation. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me that early check-in would cost 50% of the actual room price. Both the customer care agent and the given contact number were unreachable. It’s frustrating that they share incorrect information just to secure bookings and then disappear when issues arise. Beware of such misleading practices — double-check everything before booking.

Booked the room in hotel website. once i booked the room, i came to know. check in time is after 12 pm. i require room morning 7 am. i contacted there helpline number , they given hotel number. while asking the person, it is not possible for early check in, he suggested me to cancel this booking and book directly with him at additional rate, earlier tarriff 2300 suddenly he increased it to 3000. i have cancelled the room prior (2 days from stay) but they have not given back advance amount.

Don't be fooled by the pictures they're completely misleading. The rooms are old, dirty, and in terrible condition. Everything feels worn out and neglected, and even the bedsheets were covered in stains. It was honestly disgusting. I ended up leaving and booking another place altogether because I couldn't imagine spending a night there. What made things worse was the complete lack of accountability. Agoda refused to cancel the booking because I had paid at the hotel, and the hotel refused because I had booked through Agoda. Both sides kept blaming each other, leaving me stranded and out of money. It's a total scam, I was ripped off by both Agoda and the property. Avoid this place at all costs

Location is good , WiFi is good staff is good but facilities inside the room is very bad no plug working for mobile charging, no proper illumination inside
