Nice Stay with Spacious ,Hygienic Room,Good Room Service, quality food at restaurant, supportive reception,Will always stay in this hotel,Infact I exteneded my stay for 10 days
All good place. Front desk very cooperative. Gave early check in and since 3 days stay helped with little late checkout. Good eateries also nearby for pure veg options seekers.
Rooms were good only washroom was stinking better to use some fresheners. Staffs were polite and good, in room service was great.
Not recommended for Business trips
The location is fantastic for anyone who wants to stay in part of the city because there is absolutely no other option. For a single female traveler it feels unsafe especially since the room has no lock. Basic facilities like a bedside table lamp or a lock on the door are missing and there are no hand towels. One has to get up and switch lights on and off from the other end and then walk back to the bed in the dark. On the weekend the Pub downstairs comes alive with loud music that pervades the room. The funniest part is the entrance which is through the alcohol shop on the ground floor. A shelf magically opens to reveal a shady space behind where a lift door appears. The view from the room was of the landfill behind where garbage is burned. The lady behind the desk, the cleaner were all nice people but the management of the place is not good.
It was a really bad experience. We were two guests and they did not even provide 1 water bottle for free even though it was written free bottled water available at the time of booking.
Locked Out at 4 AM, No Reception, No Contact Number. Absolutely Pathetic This is hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I checked in at 1:30 PM, left for office at 6:30 PM, and returned at 3:50 AM—only to find the MAIN ENTRANCE LOCKED. Yes, locked. For a hotel. Not a private home. Not a hostel. A HOTEL. No reception. No staff visible. No phone number to contact anyone. No bell. No instructions. Nothing. I was literally locked out of the hotel I paid for, standing outside in 13°C cold for 40 minutes. After a long workday. At 4 in the morning. I kept trying the door again and again—even though I knew it was locked—because I couldn’t believe a hotel could be this irresponsible. Eventually, a man showed up saying he was sleeping nearby and came because he “heard the noise.” Funny part? I tried opening the door 40 minutes earlier too, and made noise then as well. Apparently guests freezing outside don’t matter as long as staff can sleep. The staff was rude and unapologetic, giving excuses like “this is a residential area.” That is NOT my problem. If you’re running a hotel, guests must be able to enter and exit at any time. This is basic hospitality. And the room itself lacked even basic amenities: Not a single water bottle provided No toothpaste Essentials completely missing This place fails at the most basic level: safety, accessibility, and accountability. Locking guests out at night with no reception and no contact number is not just bad service—it’s dangerous. Avoid this place at all costs. This is not a hotel. It’s an absolute nightmare.
Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience. We had booked two rooms in this hotel - one already checked in and another about to check in shortly. We had taken permission from the front desk to give some food to our family members staying there. When the food arrived, the front desk person was not present, so my cousin handed over the food while I waited at the reception. When the front desk staff returned, he started shouting and even threatened us, claiming we acted without his permission - even though he had clearly allowed it earlier when we both were at the reception. To make things worse, he later refused to allow check-in for the second room and asked us to reassign or book another room for our family members, showing absolutely no professionalism or courtesy. This is by far the worst treatment we’ve ever experienced in any hotel. I strongly advise everyone not to stay here, especially with family. The staff’s rude and threatening behaviour is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry.
Very Disappointing Hostel Experience My stay at this hostel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained, and cleanliness was completely lacking. The bathrooms were unhygienic, and the water supply was often irregular. Despite repeated complaints, the management showed no concern or effort to resolve any issues. The food quality was below average — sometimes cold and tasteless. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. Even basic facilities like Wi-Fi and electricity were unreliable. For the amount they charge, the services provided are not at all worth it. Overall, I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay.
