"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"Pros: Good and clean rooms, clean linen and courteous staff. Nice location and we are having plenty of food options to choose from. TV channels are working and that's a rare thing in Bengaluru hotels. Complementary water bottles are provided and working intercom is also there. Cons: Though I have checked in digitally, it is not accepted and have to it afresh. Only a single charging point is there. Need some hangers at the wardrobe."
