Nice, clean, new, hotel with all the things you can think of. Friendly staff always willing to help. Food was good. Definitely worth a stay.

Starting from the check in until check out everything was so hassle free n comfy.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Location was good, right in the prime area close to all major attraction points. Rooms were spacious enough and comfortable for the sound sleep.

Do not stay here Do not be fooled by the low prices and even the fab hotel customer team No smart tv / no hot water / They do not even provide drinking water bottles to resident guests No good food service And on top of that They do not provide fresh linen I had the worst stay here. Do not recommend

When I told a friend I was spending a night there, he suggested me to sleep in the car (perhaps he had read the reviews but not me). I enter the room and it reeked of cigarette. I switched on the AC and the smell reduced. Now I wanted to a bath but the shower head was 20% functional, it must have been hanging there for at least ten years without cleaning if not more. The wash basin tap almost came out when I turned it. Finally, when I went to bed, the pillows, bedsheet and quilt was full of sweat smell. Enough I said and complained at the reception. They changed the room but only marginally better. Less of sweat smell but bedsheet had stains. Tap was miles away from the basin. Next day, I went for the breakfast and the staff was following me like I was going to steal their cutlery. There was no live counter and plain dosa were kept on a plate, cold and insulted. Never again at this hotel. I will heed to my friend's advice and sleep in the car if reviews are this bad for any hotels in future .

They are providing fake details i lost my 4thousand Rs even though I didnot stay . Please don't go by fab hotel online they are cheating with booking . I paid all money through fab hotel. I reached in the property they said we will not taking fab hotel paid you have to pay directly my 4k was gone then I paid 7 k on same hotel directly because of my urgency I should have to stay .. so please my people's don't go through this hotel its waste of money and rude behavior of manager like something I buyer from his pocket .. so pathetic recently booked one .. At the hotel they told me they don't have my booking. Moreover, I realised only after reaching the hotel that it was THAT kind of hotel - typical OYO. A guy came in with his girlfriend and was haggling about the night's charge. The. i saw in other rooms there were middle aged men coming in with escorts. At 11 pm in the night, with my 60-yr old parents, I didn't have any other option than to check-in. We had a late evening flight. But the situation was really uncomfortable! All the bed sheets, pillow covers, blanket covers had blood stains and human hair of various lengths. When I asked for a fresh bedsheet, that also had stains.

I booked room at fab hotel Whitefield Suites for 3 days for 4 members Including extra bed for 3 days and complimentary breakfast for 4 persons for 3 days and also including early check in for total Rs.8000/-. Further I have paid advance of Rs.2000/- and balance to be paid is Rs.6000/-. But at the time of checkin the hotel staff asked me to pay Rs.7500/- instead of Rs.6000/- and the room also dirty and bad smell coming. So i didn’t check in the room Don’t go for this hotel Too fraud
