1 Average*poor* recommendation. i called the phone number provided and mr vinay maurya responded from fab. he asked to deposit online some amount for booking for premium room. he is utterly a fraud person . he called and said that he had booked a premium room and when i reached fab royal crystal hotel, the ma'am at reception was not allotting me the room at that discounted rates and when i tried to call mr vinay maurya, he put me on voice mail. and yet not responded . at last ma'am gave me a deluxe room which was extremely bad. cockroach in room, toilets not cleaned, torn bedsheets and curtains, was a very bad experience to book through fab.Sapna Maheshwari, 12 Oct

1 AverageHorrible experience. this was my fav stay and used to stay here whenever i visited bhubaneswar since 2021, but i decided not to stay here anymore. paid 2500/- but the service i received was only worth 1000/-. avoid it and save your money.Venkat Atchyut, 24 Jul

1 AverageVery poor behaviour of staff extorted 600/- extra for giving room 3hr before hotel timing. cockroaches in room, no kitchen, took money for breakfast while booking, was served thela ki puri sabzi that also in carry bag polythene. dirty bed sheet. was not willing to start generator as electricity gone for 3hrs. very bad experience.Amit Jaiswal, 7 Jul

3 GoodStaff is not helpful at all, ac was not cooling properly , wifi not available inside the room, mobile networks are not working inside the room, so you have almost no connection be it wifi or mobile internet, staff is very rude, asked for a bedsheet and person on reception denied bluntly. room was spacious and clean, tv was not working..Sujay, 16 Sep

5 FabulousFood was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarianChander Mohan, 27 Nov
