While the property itself is beautiful, the true five-star experience comes entirely from the staff and their impeccable manners.The team, from the valets to the front desk, operates with remarkable precision and grace. Every interaction felt personalized, never scripted. The front desk staff, in particular, demonstrated an ability to anticipate our needs without being intrusive. They addressed us by name, maintained eye contact, and handled check-in and check-out with efficiency and politeness. Their clear, professional communication and willingness to explain every detail, from local transportation to facility access, made us feel valued and completely at ease.This exceptional level of service extended throughout the hotel. The housekeeping staff was diligent, always offering a cheerful "Good morning" and ensuring our room was immaculate, often adjusting their schedule to accommodate ours. In the dining areas, servers were knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive, moving with quiet efficiency. No working TV , not repaired secondly Kettle for hot water not cleaned inside as sludge formation was there while heating.

Have to improve neatness in the rooms.. and hospitality is not like as displayed

When I checked in the TV was not functioning so the whole night I couldnt watch TV, but when I inform the next day, no one turned up till next day evening The room was fully infested with cockroaches i by myself had killed around 8 to 10 roaches next day when the Cleaning happened, they didnt even remove the dead. Cockroach and bins were not even cleaned I informed the reception to clean the room and to change the linen as the sheets were torn but the same line was used without changing the same torn Bedsheet was still lying till I checked out, not a good experience

I opted for a family room and washrooms were stinky and white stains all over the bathroom . Flush buttons itself is not there . Toiletery kit was not provided too. Tv is not in working condition when requested for service after refund of amount then all of a sudden they shifted to different room . Situation is not different. Owner is not even looking after is what , maintenance is at worst . I have pictures of everything. Now I came to feeling that fabhotel is no different to 1000 rs OYO hotel just a name changes . Unnecessarily amount is wasted as I have booked in advance for two days . Only best is the location which is walkable to offices and a good restaurant beside .

It's a joke. I will have to be paid a very big amount to stay here again for a night The rooms are filthy and stinking. Cockroaches roaming around. They couldn't even find a clean bed sheet when asked to change. I asked them to take away the duvet and pillow and somehow got through the night. There is dust everywhere. They don't provide mosquito repellent though there are many mosquitos and they had several new All Out packs at the reception for themselves. Or clean water. They said you can order it on zepto. Same things have been said by other negative reviews. They are the only genuine reviews probably. The toilet hadn't been cleaned. Less said the better. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is terrible even by low Fab hotel standards.

The most unprofessional staff I've ever met in my entire life. Had booked this place as an emergency as I reached past midnight. The caretaker was sleeping near the reception and would not budge even once when I tried to wake him up, multiple times! stating I wanted to check in. Called fab hotels customer service and they couldn't do anything to reach the owner/ appropriate person who could help. I had to cancel and look for forward another place in the early hours (3am to 4am precisely) . Would never recommend this place and fab hotels to female travellers, please be vigilant of such places and services to avoid the worst experience while traveling!
