Room was okay. it was not very clean.. the sheets were old, torn and almost yellow in color . pillow covers were dirty with oil stains and hair sticking on it . room had a very musty smell and tables and chairs were very dusty ... service was not great. in the three days we stayed , housekeeping did not even come once to clean. however, the location is great especially if you have to be near dlf. room price is also not cheap. we payed around 4k for 2 nights. considering the price and given quality it was not satisfactory at all. quite disappointing infact.

Worst customer service, dirty rooms , no water supply, cheap lights , television not working and asking for extra money for check in .

The location is perfect and external ambience is good. request lenin to be improved . rooms were kept clean and well serviced. it would be good if tea arrangements are done as rest are available at a stones throw. regards pantulu
