FabHotel Maruthi Residency

I booked this hotel based on its ratings on booking.com, but my experience was disappointing. despite mentioning in the app that i would check in at 11 a.m., the staff claimed i was "checking in early" and charged me an additional ₹500. this was unexpected and frustrating, but i had no choice but to pay. the room was far from what i booked. i had reserved a deluxe room, but they provided a basic, normal room that didn’t meet my expectations. the surroundings were unpleasant—just outside my room, they had stored a lot of useless stuff, which gave a very untidy vibe. cleanliness was poor; the room and beds were not clean. basic amenities were also a problem. hot water was only available during the daytime due to the solar water heater. the ac and tv in the room didn’t have remotes, making them inconvenient to use. we had to call the staff for everything, and they always delayed assistance, saying, "we’ll send someone in half an hour." overall, the hotel was not worth the price, and my experience was below standard. the management really needs to improve their services and ensure they deliver what is promised during booking.

Very worst. don’t book online by looking at photos, all are photoshopped edited pics. the reality is very worse. the rooms are not clean, beds are too old, bedsheets are not cleaned properly, unhygienic washrooms, service and reception guys are unresponsive and not customer friendly.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.

The bad is so comfortable and the room is so clean. all the staff is extremely professional, helpful and very quick. the breakfast is amazing

Except located at a place accessible to all places, this property is the worst you can find in hyderabad. right from the reception to everything in this property has only disappointed me. if you’re planning to take this room even for a single night, i highly recommend not to. this is the worst. no cleanliness no proper service and no nothing.
