The property has good facilities and polite staff, my experience was affected by the extremely loud DJ sound at night. The noise carried all the way into the rooms, making it difficult to rest or relax. The management should ensure better soundproofing or restrict loud music hours to avoid disturbing guests. Apart from that, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service was prompt. If the sound issue is addressed, this place would offer a much more comfortable stay.
The staff was very rude in approaching the customer. There was no toothpaste in the bathroom. The rooms floor was very sticky and weird. The corner had spitting walls.
I booked ac room but, they provided non AC and there is no hot water and drinking water not provided

Worest experience with non Cordinenc with fab and hotel people.. I payed 500 advans to fab for booking, and hotel people taken total invoice amount now fab customer service not lifting my call... Total 500 lose
Even after advance payment 10 days before at the time of arrival at the hotel shifted to a different property by saying property is soldout, shifted property is very low grade, the paid amount cannot justify room quality. Very bad experience with fab hotel.
The staff was uncooperative, and they changed the hotel location without informing us. They took payment for one hotel and then, after keeping us waiting for a long time, asked us to move to another hotel with much worse facilities. Despite the downgrade, they also charged us more. The service was poor, and the staffs behavior was rude and irresponsible.
When we arrived they said they dont have any rooms available and asked us to cancel the room. But later after a lot arguing they gave a shit room which didnt had any facility.
