Rooms and amenities were as promised during the online booking from their website. Food was good and reasonably priced, although, the items in the menu list is relatively short. I had 4 days stay. The staff is prompt in service, very polite though many may have problem in understanding hindi but English is no problem. Overall experience I would rate at 4 out of 5.

First of all I didn't received any breakfast for which I have paid.

The guy sat on reception had lot of attitude and was a bit rude in talking also...

At the time of booking, site says daily cleaning. However, it was not done even at alternate days. Water bottles were generally not available and had to carry by self. Stayed there for 11 nights, very pathetic experience.

1.Room was dirty, lots of cockroaches 2. Bedsheets and quilt was stained. Towel was old and stained 3. Bed was very uncomfortable, condition of bed spring was very bad Overall very bad experience. Only good thing is that the location is very good in terms of communication as well as cleanliness in and around the locality. Fabhotels being a well known brandname should not associate themselves with hotels of this quality or make an effort to improve quality.
