The rooms are very good. Excellent staff. Prompt response. Friendly. Homely environment. Home food. Very close to hitec city tech park and hitec city metro station. Couple and solo travelers recommended.

It's an average stay for me as AC made some noises and window curtains are not clean and the room was little small

There was no electricity at night, the generator didn't turn on anything... I was very troubled by the three hours of no electricity.

Additionally, there was no proper door lock. When I informed the staff, they told me to lock the door from inside using the key, which felt unsafe. They also charged me around 500 for extending my stay by just two hours and refused to provide an invoice even after I requested it. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and not worth the money. Basic hygiene and service standards need to be seriously improved.

Package included breakfast, but they refused to serve it (still charged). At check-in, no courtesy or help with luggage even though I had a baby. Yet I saw them treating another guest completely differently. Receptionist made rude and careless comments when I said I may not give a good review, instead of apologizing or asking about the issues. Extremely disappointing experience will never consider FabHotels again.

Warning: Do NOT Book with FabHotel Orion, Hyderabad I'm posting this review to warn others about the terrible experience I had at FabHotel Orion. I had a confirmed and prepaid booking (ID: LX9HNY) for September 13, 2025. When I arrived, the staff denied my check-in, claiming the price I paid through the app was "too low." They refused to help and told me to contact FabHotels directly. I then spent hours trying to reach FabHotels customer support, but they were completely unreachable. This hotel did not honor my confirmed booking, and the company provided zero support. This is a clear example of extreme incompetence. A confirmed booking should be a guarantee, but with FabHotel, it meant nothing. I was left stranded with no help. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.
