I lost keys but i paid for the new keys i accept the blunder. Room walls were dirty. Spacious room with Little ventilation. Heavy Chlorine smell. Cockroaches were found. Chair was demanded. Switches were broken. Staffs are good though

I think fab hotel give free of cost room ? Why recommend this hotel ? The rooftop room wall had severe water damage and dampness. Paint was actively peeling and flaking off, landing all over our belongings and the bottom of the bed. Fortunately, none of it fell directly onto us while we were sleeping, but it made for an incredibly uncomfortable and concerning stay. Management urgently needs to fix this issue.
