Excellent hotel very good staff and very friendly reception always avaliable worth staying

We stayed at pride inn madhapura from 23rd to 25th August 2025. It is just a 5 mins tuktuk ride to the visa application centre, restaurants and coffee shops. 45-50 mins to the Airpor. The staff is excellent, very helpful. The hotel could spend a bit more on hygiene of the rooms, bathroom and restaurant. That will make it 5*

I had a wonderful stay at prestige castle innin hyderabad. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The room was average, with just the essentials. Service was okay, though nothing special. Good for those who only need a place to rest at low cost. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Stayed for 4D, 3N. Budget wise the room was okay. Service and quality of room was under average. Room walls, floors, linens, bathrooms, looked dirty. Wash basin tap broken, lot of ladies hairs. Location is good. Property is good. But poor maintenance. Requested for change of rooms. They denied cordially sighting occupancy. But was surprised when checked in FabHotel app, there were few available. I didn't opt for room with breakfast. I was disappointed with Fabhotel customer support system this time. Couldn't cancel the booking in mid of stay and book another premise since had paid up entire amount in advance.

Room was smelly. Bed linen was worn out and unclean. There was something spilled in the s fridge inside room which had cultivated smell and mould. Door had only keylock, which could very easily be opened with a spare key and unsafe. Location of the property was not upto the mark. I checked out within two hours as I couldnt stay there more and then moved to another decent hotel which was worth the money.

It's a little far from city centre . No kitchen is available They provide breakfast in plastic bag ... So if one wants to stay without breakfast it's an ok place to stay. But if you are staying with family the basic arrangement are lacking.

The rooms gave off a strong “we stopped caring years ago” vibe, and the cleaning staff must be part-time magicians because they somehow managed to disappear every day. Daily cleaning? Good luck. It’s more of a DIY situation. The staff were impressively unhelpful – a true commitment to doing the bare minimum, with a sprinkle of passive-aggressive charm. Need hot water? Just ask 3-4 times, wait patiently, and maybe sacrifice a goat, and you might get lukewarm success. And checkout time? Don’t even think about staying an extra minute. Unlike hotels like Novotel or Taj that understand the concept of grace time, this place treats 11:01 AM like a crime scene. I’m surprised they didn’t call security. All in all, if you’re looking for an experience that lowers your standards in life, you’ve found your winner.

Warning: Do NOT Book with FabHotel Orion, Hyderabad I'm posting this review to warn others about the terrible experience I had at FabHotel Orion. I had a confirmed and prepaid booking (ID: LX9HNY) for September 13, 2025. When I arrived, the staff denied my check-in, claiming the price I paid through the app was "too low." They refused to help and told me to contact FabHotels directly. I then spent hours trying to reach FabHotels customer support, but they were completely unreachable. This hotel did not honor my confirmed booking, and the company provided zero support. This is a clear example of extreme incompetence. A confirmed booking should be a guarantee, but with FabHotel, it meant nothing. I was left stranded with no help. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

Very bad experience with this hotel. I have to book urgently and the photos were so great. No one comes in the room for cleaning and everything. No change of bedsheet or blanket. I stayed for three nights and have to sleep with the same bedsheet and blanket. Water is so bad in taste. No service for food also.
