Seems live hotel is improving day by day, earlier there we some issues but this time the staff made my stay great. Overall good experience this time.

Room is spacious and good Maintenance and also good service... But only one problem That is I Booked through online.. In online Check in time is 12.00 PM, This is not Convince for guests.. Because... Journey late or flight or bus or train late ...So many reasons are there.. We are joined in hotel by 8.30 pm at evening hours...I am requesting your staff...But no chance to given 24 hours staying in room... We are checked out 11.00Am on 13 th April 2025... I am Losing 9 hours. So I request to Hotel management, Please change Fab hotel Rules for Check in time for online booking system Thankyou

Well I stayed in hotel double tree vanasthalipuram in sep 2024, I would say service is literally zero, bathrooms are not as clean as shown in photos, they didn’t even help in shifting the language during check in & check out, you got to be on your own, so plan your language accordingly, rooms are average for the price point,i paid 4400rs for 2nights. Lifts not working. Average stay option. Hope they improve the service and room conditions for the better convenience of the guests and make justice for the payment.

Staff including room service boys were not friendly,room maintenance was poor no privacy in the room , ,complimentary breakfast was not taken as the room boy didn't deliver in time.room cleaning not done.All staff were misguiding for all commitments. Overall all very bad experiences, please return my money.I will not refer fab hotel to anybody.

Worst hotel in Hyderabad We have booked through fab hotels. Before booking they will promise you about all the facilities. PROS 1. Location near highway 2. Good Restaurants are nearby CONS 1. No services, literally. We have to beg for each and every services. If we need paste , brush, water etc we need to ask multiple times, then only will provide 2. They promise about breakfast. It is the worst breakfast, that too they order from local cheap dhaba. They will give break fast after 10 am. Tea is extra. We need to pay extra 50rs for 2 tea. Many people in the hotel are shouting and fighting with them 3. The whole hotel has only 2 AC remote and 1 kettle. If we are lucky, we may get AC remote and kettle after requesting multiple times 4. There are always noise in the night by the room boys wandering here and there. Room boys even knocking the door during midnight for silly reasons. Never book fab hotels.

I had a bad experience with this hotel. The room smelled strongly of humidity and mold, there were 20+ cockroaches in the room, the bathroom needed maintenance and the reception barely spoke three words of English. I booked for breakfast too, and in the four days I was there, I only had 1 day of breakfast. It happens that they charge 200 ruppees for a breakfast they collect somewhere in the street for less than a 100 ruppees, and they make you wait for 1h. The customer help line promises to call you back but they do not. An experience I do not want to repeat again. They also ask for your booking id at the checkout and then they write a very good review on your behalf. Dishonest, to say the least.

Very worst experience we could barely sleep as nothing was working. Rooms were unhygenic. Bathrooms har very bad smell. Reception guy was useless the least to say as he doesnt know anything about the hotel. Doesnt know single english word and was very rude to us. Fab hotels if you check this review kindly change the reception person. He promised us for late check out and when we went for an exam threw our luggage outside such a shame on fab hotels part. Really a shame to see such hotels still existing. Last but not the least even if u have no other alternative never ever choose fab hotels

I have the worst experience with booking.com and this hotel. I asked for a clean room and they prefered me a room with dirty toilet and with mould on floor. I was just locked in there because there was no refund with booking.com and have to full in full for cancellation. Never book with booking.com, their customer service is very bad and ends the call on customers. I would not recommend. I was there with my 2 year old baby and partner, would not recommend with babies. I am not happy with rooms but service was ok

Never book rooms with Fabhotels! Worst experience ever. I've called them to get early check-in as I can't do that online. The person on support suggested this hotel instead of the one I chose as early check-in is possible only here, gave me additional charge details and made me pay the advance. At the time of check-in they said the room is already given to someone else and early check-in is not possible. And the customer support is horrible.
