I Had enjoyed stay fool security and awesome rooms extent staff members rooms are fabulous

Rooms were clean and spacious, washrooms are also very clean, staff behaviour is good. I will definitely suggest to stay here

Overall experience is good but need more focus on the cleaning part & Hotel is charging for the cutlery it's a basic thing in accommodation to provide cutlery this need to be changed

I demand a full refund for my stay due to extremely poor and unethical service. No hot water; I had to bathe in freezing water for 2 days and fell sick with fever on 26/01/26. Dirty beds, no Wi-Fi, AC/fan issues, and staff argued instead of helping. Loud adult noises made it impossible to rest; this hotel is not at all suitable for families. Staff were rude, dishonest, and the hotel is tied up with OYO, which is disappointing. This stay caused stress, illness, and a ruined trip. I insist on a full refund.

One of the worst experience I had in this hotel. No toiletries, no cleaning of washroom if you stay for more than 1 day. They asked me to make bedding for extra bed. Worst attitude of staff. Commode was broken. Made a big mistake by booking this room and Fab hotel

Washroom walls are full of molds which are harmful and cockroaches in rooms, faced issue multiple times with room access card and had to call the staff to open the door using master card
