Hi I'm kavya I don't want to give even one star.... I was booked delux room but they had given me the normal room and for that they are saying it's a super deluxe I was shocked by imagining a delux room..... I met 3 people in lift in one day and they were felt the same Coming to hygiene it's tooo bad in my room they kept wet towel and bad smell I got sick And about room broken wall, AC sounds like a train there is no proper lock to bathroom door buckets were too muddy sometimes lift will also stop like their hotel i used to travel many states and countries.... It is the most worst place and experience I ever had

One of the worst properties I ever stayed. I am a biker and travelled quiet a few places but never had this bad rooms and service in a city. If you have a choice, avoid this property

Booked a room through online customer care. When tried to check in they don't allow you to check in and say that the tariff booked by you is low and they can't accept the booking. When called the customer care they make you wait for one hour in the call and connect with the call between other customers and create confusion. The customer care tell that they have spoken with the hotel and ask to checkin but the hotel doesn't allow you to check in. They maintain double standards between online customer care team and the hotel at the location.

It was very very small room, no toiletries, no soap, no towel, breakfast was complimentary but denied. Washroom was very very pathetic very very tiny, micro no place for bath at all. All accommodated in same place. It was not really good at all. Kindly refund the amount

Very bad behaviour of staff , they only maintain cleanliness in reception area. You one not get even basic facility like 1 water bottle per day. We have booked 2 rooms for 3 days and 1 room for 1 day, but will not recommend anyone to stay there, as it was a hassle and very un pleasant experience for me and my family. Fab express should remove these kind of hotels from their brand listing.

Room service are very worst and in the room the pesticides are there. After check out from the hotel. I asked the reception person to provide GST invoice. He told will provide in 2 hours after that there is no response. It waste of money to stay over there
