It's a great hotel to stay. Very hygienic, good pricing, comfortable bed, clean washroom. All the staffs are helpful & polite. Service is also very good.

I stayed at this hotel for a night. I had booked and paid for my room at Quest hotel. However, when I reached there, they said we have the booking but we have vacant room. That was weird. Then a guy walked me to Rock Star Suites. I don't remember the guy name at the reception, a curly hair guy. Super friendly and he made sure that my stay was comfortable. He went out of his way to help me. I really appreciate that. As far as the hotel building is concerned it is old, needs renovation. However, it doesn't really affect the stay though. It's located at a very convenient spot. Very close to Quest mall and restaurants. Loved my stay there. ❤

Room was OK but services and location are not. There is no in house kitchen no lift, narrow passage for entrance, no direct access to the hotel. In the morning, breakfast, for which I paid already, was served showing the menu like idli,dosa,etc. The receptionist said you can have only one item from the menu, I chose dosa and I got that dosa for me and my wife from a footpath vendor, no cutlery and napkins. I frustrated a lot but could not nothing. I thought to extend the stay but I felt sorry for the hotel's location and the kitchen services.

The worst hotel ever they took 200rs extra telling the cost is 1100 but the hotel is showing 965 they should be banned from this application fraud and scamming people

Worst hotel you can be in Starting from the lift you can feel how worst the hotel is. Do not ever book this hotel you see different images and the rooms alloted will be very different and no service as such

I booked a room via FabHotel Silver Sky, Kalighat. The room was untidy and full of used utensils. No water bottle was provided. At the time of check-in, they gave us a very small room in poor and unclean condition. We requested a better room as mentioned in the FabHotel app, but the experience was still very disappointing. The pillows were used, no water bottles were given, the room was not properly cleaned, the bathroom taps were broken, and there was a bad smell in the room. If this is the kind of stay FabHotel is providing, then it is not acceptable. We are paying a huge amount and still getting rooms in such poor condition.

Fab hotel is don’t own any hotel. They uses their name for lodging room n booking at higher rate. Fabexpress Golden suit is not having any amenities like lift, toilet doesn’t have fan, polpat for bath, earlier wall shelf provided but now they kept cupboards and evening it’s filled with cigarette smoke so it is not for family. It’s for user like “decent hotel” of “Jab we met” movie. Hotel cleaning is at 11 am everyday after that they don’t care whatever is thrown in building. They don’t do checking without full and final payment in advance. They need id of all person for single room, which is illegal. They don’t have basic kitchen facilities like lodge. Overall it’s not good for family.

Very bad experience. Used drinking water bottles were provided. The bottle are not sealed.. The rooms were also not the same as shown in the profile and cahrges are too high.. even no facilities are provided as shown to this rate, Overall, a very disappointing experience. Please visit the place before booking; otherwise, they may cheat you.
