It's a great hotel to stay. Very hygienic, good pricing, comfortable bed, clean washroom. All the staffs are helpful & polite. Service is also very good.

Nothing good except the location of the hotel. Room had seepage and they refused to change even after request.

My booking was cancelled just a few hours before my arrival without any prior notice. I had paid for a premium hotel, but they unilaterally cancelled it on the day of check-in and shifted my booking to a much lower-grade hotel. When I contacted them for help regarding a refund or a room change, they completely ignored my calls and did not respond at all. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend booking with them.

worst experience, deceiving photos of the property. At this price a somewhat better experience can be experienced. The staff boys are least helpful. they dont help u with ur bags, dont even talk appropriately. The rooms was bad on another level. badly maintained. the bolt of the toilet was nt even working so hlwe had to sleep with the toilet door open. the commode was broken. Conplimentary breakfast needs a special bad mention. was provided 2 slices bread, one egg, a sachet of jam and a banana. didnt even serve tea with it. we had to order tea n milk and pay for it additionally. In short this property is totally avoidable. I had a late check in and the moment i checkd in i wondered when it will be morning so i cud leave this place

Worst hotel you can be in Starting from the lift you can feel how worst the hotel is. Do not ever book this hotel you see different images and the rooms alloted will be very different and no service as such

Location is prime. But the room quality given for us is not at all in good condition. Also not well maintained. AC temperature cannot be adjusted. Photos shown in the website are different to the actual images. No in-house restaurant. Breakfast will be provided as parcel from different street vendor location and served it in plate.

The property is above the Karim’s restaurant just beside their tandoor kitchen. All the smoke could be felt in the 1st floor rooms. If you opened the washroom the smoke sipped in the room. The rooms were untidy and shabby. Bed sheets and blankets were unwashed. No non-smoking rooms. No toiletries in the washroom. Non functional shower taps and broken lid on the toilet. Just adding corporate in the name of the hotel doesn’t make it corporate standards. Strictly avoid if you can, not value for money.

I had booked a room from the 01/02/ knowing I would arrive in the early hours of the 02/02.. I booked a family room. On arrival at 03.00 the family room had been let. I sent an email 2 days before confirming our time of arrival and I had booked the room from the prior day. We were given a room to have a couple of hours sleep with the intention of rectifying issue later in the morning. The room we were given was dirty, the bedding was dirty, the one towel was dirty. The walls, floor, furniture were dirty…. The bathroom was disgusting… water continually dripping from the loos water tank. The toilet was blocked. We spoke with the staff and asked for the manager who was unavailable until later in the day. I asked for a full refund. No. Only through Agoda… DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.
