It was a pleasant stay as I stayed there for 8 days. It is very much near to the heart of the city, Park Circus and Park Street.Staffs are really helpful and entertained my all requests as I stayed with my wife and Infant. Thank you Aqua Tulip managent and Staffs.
The location of the hotel is in good connectivity area. The behaviour of all staff are very nice. The room rent of the hotel is so reasonable comparing to other hotels.
The location and service is very satisfactory. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely refer this hotel to everyone. Which is near by science city (walkable distance from hotel). One thing that could be improved is the facilities inside the rooms. In some rooms the bed sheets had stain and remotes are not working properly. In couple of rooms the AC had some issues like water leakage. If these things are taken care, then it would be even better.
Curtains inside bathroom as well as on windows are too much dirty, room floors are too much sticky and hair are all over the floor means no proper cleaning, no toilet paper are available here, bed sheets are too dirty and unorganized manner. I will suggest you, if anyone go to stay there, without proper inquiry don't book online. But one thing is absolutely good, that was staff, so humble, kind and cooperative.
I had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room itself was average, but I was very disappointed with the overall stay. The room had cockroaches, the geyser was not working, and the service was poor and extremely slow. Despite raising concerns, the response from the staff was not satisfactory. I had booked the hotel online and was not aware of the location in advance, but unfortunately, the locality also did not feel nice or comfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this place due to the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unsuitable location.
My stay at Hotel Luxor was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. The rooms were filthy, the bedsheets were stained and clearly unwashed, and there were cockroaches crawling all around. To make matters even worse, I actually found used condom packets in the bed, which is beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable. The hotels hygiene standards are non-existent, and its obvious that no proper cleaning or maintenance is done. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone not even for a single night. If you care about cleanliness, comfort, or basic decency, avoid Hotel Luxor at all costs. This place should honestly be inspected by health authorities.
I will never book fab hotel ever in my life, worst experience
No dental kits, no fridge, no lockers, open bathroom windows with no glasses, untidy smelly rooms and bed sheets. You’ll keep scratching the moment you’ll lie down on the bed. Except location nothing is good in this hotel. You’ll see hotel staff lying down on the sofas in the lobby. Shady hotel. Don’t book
Never ever stay here at any cost. Most pathetic room and washroom. No cleanliness. It's not stayable
Staffs are very bad. They charged me extra Rs.200 and behavior is very low quality, they treat us like we are criminal
