It is good place to stay , rooms are spacious for 2 people, rooms and bathrooms are clean. But service was not good we have to ask them everytime for anything as hand wash, doormat etc.

Reasonably priced and comparable to similar hotels in vicinity. Rooms are nicely done up and furnished. However that leaves almost no space to walk about. Rooms are without an opening or window. With common rooms for smokers and non smokers, it is a nightmare for the latter as the smell doesn’t cease. Linen is much older and badly stained. Toilets are also cramped and not ventilated. Restaurant is functional and prepare decent meals.

Rooms were very small, and the bedsheet, blanket given to me was very dirty. Location is somehow good but the staff behaviour was rude. Upon arrival I had to wait for 20 min as told there was price difference. Intercom was not working.

This hotel is a scam. If you are a business traveller and need bills for reimbursements or an honest tax payer who doesn’t save a few hundred rupees in tax don’t ever book them. I booked this hotel through Agoda on first of May for two nights upon reaching the hotel. I was told that my booking got cancelled because I was late. Was late in the night and I was completely exhausted, so I booked off-line as suggested by the receptionist. They come across as very genuine and polite people. Upon checkout they gave me receipt book (Kachcha) food bills. Since last one and a half month, I am asking for the room rent bill and that too with taxes to find my reimbursement and they are not responding.
