I stayed here for around 25 days simply because it's the bestfar better than OYO.

I would always suggest you to book this property, because its really worth to stay here , everything was upto mark

Breakfasts are great. Beds are very confortable. The staff is very nice. All is very clean. People in reception are very professional.

Rooms are of small size, in bathroom broken mug provided,rooms and toiletries were cleaned and maintained well. Staff is courteous. Overall it's a good stay house. No parking is available.

The room is very spacious and maintained, The location is prime and easy to reach.

I booked a stay here for 24hrs by calling on Fabhotels helpline number.. The agent Sandeep +91 99918 51853 helped me booking my stay and i paid 500 advance also asked for window room the agent said yes and told me that I have updated later on it turns out that the hotel manager gave me a non window small room and when I said I have asked for window he said that I don't know all that pls contact the app helpline and charged 500 extra for window room where I have already paid the amount given on app invoice.. So overall it's a bad experience for me and got scammed by both the customer care and hotel. I would never recommend fabhotel and especially Fabexpress Hotel Konak to anyone.

The location of the hotel is very very bad, it is a very cheap kind of hotel to stay at this price, likewise hotels we generally see near the railway station and bus stands.
