I had a great stay at FabHotel Gateway near the Gateway of India, Mumbai. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is beautiful. The food is very tasty and fresh. One of the best things about this hotel is the staff they are very cooperative, polite, and helpful. The service is also very fast and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I would rate it 10 out of 10!

This hotel is wrost hotel, they taking your guest direcly if you deal a b2b with them. they are giving you unlogical excuses.. they are cut your clients. dont book with this kind of cheap hotel.

I stayed there for 11 days for official purpose. Since, this area is near by my location. But room quality is very poor. Almost in every room water leakage from sealing problem is there. After check out they also charged for extra water bottle. My mistake was that, I didn't count the bottle. And in some room phone is in operational. Because of which I had to order food from outside. But in a way, it's good because if I had ordered from the hotel, they might have charged extra for food just like they did for the water bottle. Also some time mice would also come in the room. I personally do not recommend to stay in this hotel

Do not book this hotel, I have paid twice due to Gpay network issue now hotel is refusing to refund me also Fab hotel not assisting on this. Do not book this hotel sticking and very dirty The manger is very disrespectful and not coordinating

19/06/2025 Hotel prime land DON'T TAKE THIS HOTEL GUYS ROOMS ARE DIRTY EVEN AFTER REPLACING THE BEDSHEETS HAVE SOMANY MARKS ON IT SINCE 2 DAYS EVERY MORNING WATER NOT COMING HOTEL STAFF TELLING THEY DON'T HAVE ANY BACK UP THEY ARE WAITING FOR WATER TANKER UNTIL WATER TANKER COMING THERE IS NO WATER IN ALL HOTEL ROOMS Pathetic unhygienic never ever take this hotel if you don't want to spoil your vacation

Wrost experience don't go in this hotel No service no hygiene staff is illiterate Chek in time is 12 and my 3 rooms gives me at 4 pm no service is good and staff is bogas

Im writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at one of your properties. I had the worst experience and feel compelled to share my concerns. First of all, I had called ahead to confirm my arrival time, only to be told by the manager that my room would not be provided because the price I booked at was too low. This is outrageousif the price was not acceptable to the hotel, why did you partner with FabHotel and offer a discount? The issue was eventually resolved after I contacted FabHotels customer care, but this should never have happened. If the pricing was an issue between you and FabHotel, it should not affect your guests. Secondly, when we arrived at the hotel, the manager demanded Aadhar cards from all four members of my party. One of us didnt have the back side of the card immediately available, and we assured him that we would provide it by the evening. Instead of accommodating this, the manager rudely told us we couldnt check in without it. Its unacceptable to speak to guests in such a manner, especially when we had already booked and paid for the room. Once we checked in, the problems only got worse. The TV and Wi-Fi were not working, and there were major water issues. The bathrooms flush wasnt functioning, and when I called room service to report it, I was shockingly told to "manage with my own" because they were aware of a plumbing issue. If you know about such issues, why arent they repaired before guests arrive? On top of that, the water in the shower stopped intermittently, making it extremely difficult to bathe, and the room was infested with mosquitoes. To add to this appalling experience, there was an incident where a group of boys got stuck in the hotels lift. When one of their friends asked the manager for help, the manager told him that they needed to rescue themselves and that he wouldnt help! This is absolutely disgraceful behavior and shows a complete lack of concern for guest safety. FabHotel, if you want to maintain your reputation and grow as a brand, I strongly suggest you reconsider your relationship with this property or replace the entire staff, especially the manager. This was the worst hotel experience Ive ever had, and I will not be returning to this property. I advise anyone else considering this hotel to think twice and look elsewhere for accommodation.

Bad service , the hotel is near slum (Dharavi). The room was very very very small and suffocating. Being a female I was in fear due to ambience. I any how survived the night and checked out early in the morning. Moreover the rent was too high.
