One of the best hotel in LBS Road Sion (west) kurla. Hotel nd room near nd clean are amazing. also good service from all staff.

My experience at this property was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. Initially, we were given a very small room. After entering, we found a centipede (kankhajura) in the room. The staff removed it, but while we were sitting there, flying insects started coming into the room. Only after we complained again were we shifted to another room. The second room was also in terrible condition. I personally saw a staff member using the same toilet-cleaning brush to clean the washbasin, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. The room had water leaking everywhere, the floor was wet, the bedsheets were dirty, the towels were filthy, and even the blanket cover was torn. On top of that, there was no proper water available for bathing, which caused us a lot of inconvenience. Considering the extremely poor hygiene, unacceptable room conditions, and overall unpleasant experience, I request a full refund of the amount I paid for this booking. The services provided were far below the standards promised by FabHotels, and I do not believe I should be charged for such an experience.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean upon arrival. There were bed bugs, hair on the bed, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The bathroom was also unhygienic and clearly had not been cleaned properly.

Very bad receptionist with bad attitude(wears a cap and has beard). Using a very bad smelling lower quality lotion for room cleaning. I was not able to charge my phone when tv is working. Had no other charging port. I booked the room earlier and still had to face these. No automatic water filling facility. Every time I have to check the shower before I go to bath if there is water or not. If not I have to call receptionist.Very very very poor service. I will not choose this hotel again. I don't suggest this hotel to anybody.

Very poor Bathroom ,Rooms

Beware this hotel is like a lodge ....they cheat with guest actually.in the room fungus in bed back side wet plywood . insect in rooms . washroom washbasin leakage water down .they give 1 mineral water...even 3 person stay in triple bed room .foolish management don't know how to run hotel .they going downfall of they behaviour like this with guest .even we booked and paid already advance amount 2500 before 15 days .they denied to stay first .says you have to shifted in another hotel .rubbish culprit people..don't stay there never .don't have any humanity .worst experience in bkc this place .never back in this hotel in future .they are denied for card payment in this digital world .only cash payment accepted.dont waste your valuable money to stay here .alert plz all the kind and genuine peoples .
