I think rooms need to be cleaned more. there were mosquitoes and internet was really bad and somehow inside there is hardly any network either for airtel or jio. one good thing was that staff were very polite and helpful.

Food is pathetic as kitchen staff behaviour is not good, i received burnt food but no one helped as i complaint on same time. front office person are good but please never ever order food from kitchen as totally money wasted. as compared to price and pictures on fab hotel is not same, people were getting rooms in cheap rates by walk-in directly. as worthless!!

The owner missbehaved with us,we booked two delux room,which are very dirty,suffocating and foul smelling. he upgraded the rooms by taking extra money from he knows we have come for giving exam for 4days.very bd and disappointing .

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here
