Place is comfortable and good location, hotel is beautiful with great staff, stay was comfortable. Will surely plan my stay here in the future!

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been in my life. No clean room, No Clean bed spreads, no clean pillows, no television, no internet. The room was completely run down. Cockroaches and bugs all over. Even the ceiling fan did not work… Only heater and Aircon was working. The staff was completely unprofessional and rude… I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst, No service, no proper staff, we have booked 2 rooms for 4 persons and still they denied 1 guest and made him wait at ground floor, who just came to meet and take us to other destination. Don't have prapor approach, nothing available in the vicinity, And V.imp don't take u r family here.

I have booked white house hotel in Pune through Fabhotels but whenn I checked in bugs on bed, toilet everywhere. Other rooms are also same smelly. I got out of room and told to the staff I will not stay here refund amount. They said ok will get it. In have sent mail same day to Fabhotel but till date they don't paid single Pai. Bad experience please dont book this hotel. Blacklist Fabhotel. Customer Care staff behavior was also not good.

I don't want to give any star, probably a negative star for my experience here. The hotel staff showed nightmare in the day light. I had checked In this hotel after booking from Fabhotels, but on arrival the room was not ready. They initially gave me a room, but the room was not clean in terms of the bedsheets and pillow were used. And the pillow was stinking. On complaining at the reception they given me another room smaller than before, but the size was not a concern. As soon as I entered the room. I could smell something rotten, a very bad odour something like a smelly rotten socks. Upon calling the staff and asking him about the smell, he simply said its the smell of the air fresher. I was shocked, this smell can't be of any room fresher. Room fresheners are supposed to be giving a comforting smell. I had then called the Fabhotels and explain the problem I was facing with the hotel. The Fabhotel executive on call asked me to.handover the phone to the Fabhotel chaitanya executive hotel staff. He had taken the call and started to scream at the person on the call and misbehaved with me. I had been requesting him to calm down and speak polite but he kept screaming and asking me to getout of the hotel right now. Further he started to use very disturbing and disgusting words to me and was threatening me. He had another 3 staff from the hotel also there and all of them just blocking the room entrance with me inside the room. The another man comes in and then he said he was the manager and he wanted to solve the issue. later he started to behave rudely and talking in high pitch asking me to shut my mouth. I told him to ask him staff to apologize me for the disgusting and threatening behavior but the manager said that he wouldn't apologize and he is not going to do it. All of this happened while the executive of Fabhotel was on call and she was all recording the incident. I couldn't handle the situation and people there so simply took my luggage and ran outside the hotel. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.. I HAVE STAYED IN HOTELS WORLDWIDE BUT THIS WAS JUST SO MUCH DISTURBING.. I hope this review goes till the Owner of the hotel and they take proper action against the staff.

Horrible Experience: Do not stay at this price. I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that it was pathetically managed. The bed sheets and quilts were unhygienic, showing signs of not being washed for a long time. Adding to the discomfort, there was no lock on the bathroom door, making it inconvenient and uncomfortable. The room lacked a TV, which is a basic amenity one would expect at the prices we paid. It was also infested with mosquitoes, making it nearly impossible to sleep or relax. The room was filthy, with cigarette butts and used condoms scattered around. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and suggests a total disregard for guest comfort and hygiene. Overall, my experience at this hotel was horrible, and I would strongly advise against staying here. For the price we paid, we expected a basic level of cleanliness and amenities, which were not met at all. This hotel needs serious improvement in its management and upkeep.
