Overall, the rooms are good and comfortable. However, the hotel charges a very high amount for early check-in, while late check-out requires paying the full day's tariff. If the hotel charges a full-day amount for late check-out, it should follow a more reasonable and consistent policy for early check-in, especially when rooms are available and vacant. Another major drawback is the Wi-Fi connectivity. There is no separate Wi-Fi router in each room; instead, only one router is provided per floor, resulting in poor connectivity. I eventually had to use my mobile hotspot. Overall, the stay was good, but the extra charges and poor Wi-Fi connectivity needed improvement.

I stayed in this hotel for 8 days and I had to ask for the room service cleaning. The staff did the cleaning only two days out of my entire stay and that too when I asked them to do. They refused saying that it was done yesterday only. There were cockroaches in the room which was an irritating experience
