I stayed at Falcon Executive Hotel, Baner for 3 days, and overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. From the time I checked in, I felt safe and well taken care of. The hotel is located in Baner, which is a convenient and peaceful area, making it suitable for both business and leisure stays. The hotel maintains a good level of security, which added to the comfort of my stay. The staff was polite, courteous, and always ready to help. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone behaved professionally and made sure all my needs were taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and properly maintained. Housekeeping and room service were prompt and efficient throughout my stay. Fresh towels, clean bedding, and timely cleaning made the stay comfortable and stress-free. The food at the hotel was really good, and I loved it. The meals were tasty, fresh, and well-prepared, and the quality was consistent throughout my stay. It was definitely one of the highlights of my experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant, allowing me to relax after a long day. The management clearly focuses on guest satisfaction, safety, and service quality, which reflects in their daily operations. I stayed in this hotel for 8 days and I had to ask for the room service cleaning. The staff did the cleaning only two days out of my entire stay and that too when I asked them to do. They refused saying that it was done yesterday only. There were cockroaches in the room which was an irritating experience

No electricity for whole night. And there is no hot water facility as we as they don't have breakfast available from morning 6.30 to 11. AM

The room was pathetic. We booked hotel imperio and we were shifted to hotel gargi without our explicit consent. This is the scam what I am observing in most pune hotels. They take the booking of one hotel and move the travellers to lower grade hotel of their choice. Literally I did not slept whole night because the room they offered me was having noise from road whole.night.

Very Bad experience Room Size Not more than a 100 Sqft and Washroom Door height too small approximately 5 ft My height is 5'7" and i bumbed my head in it several times. This caused me to take painkillers for my headache.

Horrible experience with this Hotel I visited Pune to attend a Cyber security event and I booked Fabhotel only because it was the nearest option. I made the booking for 3 days. P.S. I am attaching the hotel invoice. On the day of arrival, my flight got delayed and I reached the hotel at around 12 am in the night. The attendant checked me in and took the entire payment. The horror story started when I went to my room. The room was full of small cockroaches. They were all over the place including at bed. There was no water in the sink and there was a cigarette bud in the pot. When I informed the attendant about the cockroaches, he said it couldn't be the case as they had done pest control 6 months ago only Then I took him to the room and when he saw the cockroaches himself, he said I can see other rooms. He showed me 10 rooms then and it was the same with every room. This is the first time in my lifetime I have seen hotel rooms in this condition. I immediately decided not to stay and booked another hotel. Now, the mistake I made was I did not take photographs of the room or make any video.The attendant told me that if I cancel the room before 9 am tomorrow then I will get the full refund. The next morning around 7.30 am I called FabHotel's call centre, one guy took all the details and said that they had noted my side of the story. Our ground staff will now visit the hotel and talk to the hotel staff to validate this.This will take some time and they will call me positively before 9 am. I went to the event. I did not get any call. In the event, there were internet jammers and network issues, so I could not call the entire day. In the evening when I came back and again called their call centre, I met a rude guy.He asked me to share the pics. When I asked have your ground staff visited the hotel. He said - yes they visited and there is no such problem. And when I said - did you try to contact me in the entire day to communicate this? To which he did not reply and said we can't do anything now. At most, I could try to refund for the remaining nights that's 1 and that was also the guarantee. The rooms were the worst and the customer support was worse than worst. Also, it was written Free breakfast but attendant said they do not have any kitchen. I have a horrible experience with FabHotels and now it's up to you to use your own judgement to book this hotel.

Worst kind of experience, I can ever have I checked in on 12pm and checked out at 2 pm. Manager have no fear of fab hotels and customer service threatening.And fake photos and fake rooms and even don't have locks on rooms. fake hotels.

Had booked stay at Fab Hotels Shourya Residency Kothrud Pune from Jan 16 2026 to Jan 19 2026 (OIWNK9). The staff at the reception and hotel is really untrained. We reached from Mumbai at 11am and the checkin time was 12pm she asked me to pay Extra charges for early checkin Rs1500 (even the amount she asked an office boy). Nothing was system generated. Alongwith me were 2 supersenior citizens so even that was not considered for early checkin. Also the rooms were empty hardly any rush at the hotel. However, we had lunch outside and checked in Hotel at 1pm. My booking was for 3 days. However, during first night itself my Father fell down while climbing the Washroom. Yes in the gallery of room photos given in the website they do not show that the washroom entrance people have to climb a very high step. The step was very high and it is just impossible that senior citizens or people with knee pain etc. could climb it. There is not even a handle to hold. My father fell down while climbing it. He suffered injury on his hand finger. Also suffered sudden weakness due to the fall.Though we had booking for 3 days , we checked out the very next morning as we needed to come back and visit Doctor for my Father's injury and weakness. When I called Hotel Phone number for query and refund for genuine reason , I am just kept on hold for 10 each time I called. Am not sure where should I raise complaint on the website and apart from hotel stay we suffered so much of incidental expenses. Like the Tickets booked for next 2 days of Vasantov in Kothrud were wasted. Doctor expenses for his fall and also the mental stress suffered by all of us in family.
