Hotel is good. People at reception and all other staff are very helpful. Bread toast and Ginger tea tastes like home and always available.

Rooms are smartly designed, modern interiors and best use of space,washrooms clean and nice. Rooms are very well. The hotel is fantastic & the rooms & services of this hotel is great

Rooms are of small size, in bathroom broken mug provided,rooms and toiletries were cleaned and maintained well. Staff is courteous. Overall it's a good stay house. No parking is available.

2/5 - Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at The United Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was subpar. The room's cleanliness was a major concern, and I was disappointed to see dust and dirt in various areas. The bathroom had poor lighting, making it difficult to get ready. Moreover, the air conditioning and fan weren't working efficiently, which affected my comfort during the stay. While the hotel has potential, these issues need attention. Hopefully, they will address these concerns to improve future guests' experiences. The location of FabHotel Elvis Inn in Powai is convenient, and the staff was polite during check-in. However, the overall experience was just average. The room had poor ventilation, which made it feel stuffy, and there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. The toilet area had visible mould, which was disappointing and not up to standard. With better cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel could offer a much more comfortable stay.

The hotel experience was disappointing. Hygiene standards were poor, and cleanliness was clearly not a priority. Additionally, the staff were unfriendly and displayed unprofessional behavior throughout the stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others.
