Extremely pathetic. We got scammed by booking this hotel. We left after 15 minutes despite paying the full amount for two days. They even denied refund. Never booking through Fab Hotels

FabHotel Atithi Residency I
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful, which set a negative tone right from the start. The room conditions were unacceptable, the bedsheet was torn and the pillow covers were dirty, making it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. For the price charged, I expected at least basic cleanliness and courtesy, neither of which were provided. Definitely not recommended, and I would advise others to look for better options nearby.

hey, this is Dr. Rashed. first of all, i booked for 2days from booking.com and sent them request for early checkin. they agreed. i reached and they tried to convince me for 1 day extra payment. next day the manager took my phone from me forcefully and cancelled the booking and forced me to pay for 3 days and gave me excuse of booking.com. which was baseless as im using this app for 3yrs. Infront of the hotel is muddy and construction working going on. so you can't even enter properly. no proper car parking was available. this hotel has 4 different names on booking.com, agoda, trip com and other platforms. so be careful. they uploaded some edited photos that fooled me. this hotel is actually running on call girls and giving rent hourly for couples to do sex. it was really scary when i saw little boys and girls are coming for check-in. prostitutes come here with their brokers so anytime police can raid this place and also can harass you even if youre clean. bathroom was so dirty, no geyser. tiles were dirty. tv, wifi dont work properly. breakfast was like: tl5 rupees tea, 2 half sliced bread with butter of 1ounce. gave me one water bottle and took price of 2. no room cleaners came during my 2 days of staying. i will not recommend this property definitely to foreigners even not for 1 night also. DO NOT BOOK this hotel named on platforms like hotel airport international/hotel the adore palace. no spa and no swimming pool was there. its just a brothel place nothing else. already I filed a complaint to Mumbai police and also to the high commission and they replied me that necessary steps will be taken soon. thanks.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. While I didn't expect luxury, I did expect basic comfort and functional amenities, and this hotel failed on many fronts. Cons: AC Not Working: The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working at all. Despite several complaints to the front desk, they didn’t resolve the issue, and I ended up sweating through the night. It was incredibly uncomfortable, especially since the weather was hot and humid. Dirty Room: The room was not properly cleaned. There were stains on the bedspread, and the bathroom had mold and grime around the edges of the tiles. Uncomfortable Bed: The mattress was old and sagging, and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. Noisy: The room was very noisy, both from outside and from neighboring rooms. The thin walls made it impossible to sleep peacefully. Limited Amenities: There were no extras like toiletries, no extra blankets or pillows, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Unfriendly Staff: The staff was not welcoming or helpful. They seemed uninterested when I reported the AC issue, and nothing was done to improve my stay. Overall: This hotel is not worth the price. The broken AC, dirty room, uncomfortable bed, and lack of basic amenities made my stay miserable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would suggest paying a little more for somewhere more comfortable and reliable.

I would like to share 2 feedbacks. First one is for Fab Hotel. Instead of booking with “pay at hotel” option, I have booked my reservation by paying 25% of the tariff so (as adviced by the Fab Hotel) that my room will be reserved for me be it what time I check in. Later I have called to the number which has been shared with me by Fab and told them that I will be arriving between 6pm-8pm. When I reached there around 8pm with my family, the reception told me my room was given to someone else and I had to wait for 1 hour to get my room. I immediately called the Fab customer care and the staff were so arrogant that they asked me to wait or else leave or email the complaint. What is the point of pre-booking the room before. If I can face this issue, anyone can face it. The customer care staff were so dumb to initiate the rectification immediately. Later after one hour of argument, they have shifted us to another hotel, and the rooms were so small and not at all comfortable. If I had to stay in a hotel which u didn’t book, then what is the point of choosing and booking a room form the Fab Hotel App?. I am gonna take a strict action against Fab. And to not let others to experience the same, I will raise the issue on X, Facebook and Instagram so that people know how poor and pathetic FabHotels and its staff is with its customer satisfaction.
