This hotel is very nice

It’s a great place for a business traveler to stay at a reasonable cost. I experienced this hotel far better than my last stay in a Fab Hotel.

The staff is very coperative but 2 things that really bothered me were 1 )pest ...they are trying their best to keep palaces clean still few very small cockroaches can be seen accompanying you at times. 2) They don't allow visitors to visit,I was on a business tour &few of my clients had come to discuss certain things but the staff denied . It was nice to see them being so committed to work & policies but at times you have to consider few visitors.

Fully unsatisfied with Room, services and location of the Fabhotel Lima International Andheri East Mumbai. Don't go with the pictures of website it's not the actual pictures of the hotel...not worth to book for any occasion...thanks

I stayed only for one hour and then we immediately changed the property so how come my stay is completed as soon as we entered the property it was very bad toilet seat was broken door nobes ever broken and when we requested the manager to change my room he denied as asked for 1000 rupees more to upgrade my room I have never seen this type of behaviour i suggest everyone never book hotels from fab hotels and specially freedom international Andheri East my money is still not refunded

We had made the booking for a Family room which had a extra large double bed instead of deluxe room, however upon reaching the hotel we were informed that there is no such category and all rooms are the same. Since we were travelling with an infant the bed was small to fit in. The size of the rooms were so small that there is barely any space to walk or keep your luggage, to open one’s luggage you’ll have to keep it over the bed. We also found out that this isn’t a hotel but a guest house which is functioning from one floor of a building, but the picture on the website / booking platform suggest it to be a stand alone building. We had fight next day morning as such while checking in we informed the front office that we will require breakfast by 7.30am to which he confirmed. Surprisingly, when we called for the breakfast the same person said it is not possible as the timing is 8am and he refused to even provide for coffee and boiled rice for the infant. When we insisted to talk to any senior management he told that he is the senior most but did not disclose his identity. We then requested that since breakfast was not being served we should get refund of the breakfast charges to which also he said it is complimentary and we had to wait till 8am. Since we had time we chose to wait till 7.55am and then told him to provide basic food for the infant to which he again said that it can be done only after 8am. Such poor rooms, poor service. Definitely not recommending for any traveler. Not at all worth the money.

Room was very pathetic than promised. A constant construction sound kept on hearing. Also the receptionist blamed Fab hotel incharge Mr.Santhosh for the mistake and Mr.Santhosh blamed the hotel receptionist for the mistake. The rooms are not clean with many small cockroaches. Bathroom is very small and they don't even have a space to put hanger. No parking. The way to hotel from the ground floor is dirty and bad smell everywhere. Totally disappointed. Also when we told we are going to check out after a day, both the fab hotel incharge Mr.Santhosh and the hotel receptionist told to pay the remaining 6 day's tariff and to check out. Then after pointing out the rules and regulations of hotel stays we end up with 2 day stay. Please don't deliver this kind of room to your customers if you want to retain good name means.

I along with my office colleagues all had a very very very very bad experience at Fabhotel Liwa International. Rooms are not cleaned during the time of Check-in. One of the lift was not working properly. One of my colleague got stucked for few minutes. Cockroaches are there in all the rooms we stayed. Hot water was not coming all the time. Both the Car lifts also not working. I have parked my car in their car parking area which is in 2nd floor and have used their 2nd lift as 1st list was not functional. The day when I was checking out, the 2nd lift was not working and for this I kept my car in the parking itself. Their maintenance and management is very poor. Don't believe on their fake images they put in the website. Just for marketing purpose they are putting all the old images. They don't have their dining hall for Breakfast. One has to take his/ her breakfast at room only. A sincere request from my side, please try to avoid your booking in such type of low grade hotels.

Please DO NOT BOOK AND PAY IN ADVANCE for this hotel. They are literally thugs. 1. The hotel look is very D-grade. 2. The hotel and room has cigarette smell however no smoking sign is there but at the entry only you could feel suffocation. 3. Broken furniture is there and images displayed are not same as of rooms. 4. We checked for cockroaches and the receptionist got angry stating - ‘DO NOT TOUCH THE BEDS’ 5. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. 6. We literally didn’t even checked-in and had paid for 1 day by going on the images and please DO NOT make the same mistake and they will not show any concern or anything and they’ll not REFUND A SINGLE PENNY. 7. If you are coming with your family, please REFRAIN from booking this hotel. 8. I would really like to give this hotel review in -ve but least is 1 star only possible. 9. For instance they show that the room has window and all but no that’s a fake photo of the room. The room didn’t have so clean view and the window.
