I booked the suite for a get-together with friends, and the experience exceeded all expectations! Check-in was seamless, thanks to the warm and professional reception staff who made us feel welcome from the start. Parking was convenient, with plenty of space right next to the lobby, including an EV charging station—a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with cozy comfort. Large windows filled the space with natural light, and the tasteful furnishings gave it a luxurious yet homely feel. The kitchen was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy a great dinner together. The bedrooms were equally impressive—comfortable beds, high-speed WiFi, and dedicated workstations made them perfect for both relaxation and productivity. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive, ensuring our stay was effortless and enjoyable. The location was another highlight—set in a peaceful, safe neighborhood that added to the overall charm and made for a truly relaxing retreat. This was, without a doubt, one of the best stays. It was a very pleasant stay at Bougainvillea suites, I recently booked the entire property for a family function, and it was wonderfully accommodated by my friends and family. A special thanks to Mathew and his team for the excellent work. The rooms were spacious and clean, particularly on the 3rd floor. If you're traveling with three families, I highly recommend this floor— you'll enjoy a fantastic view and a spacious layout. The location is very peaceful, situated in a residential area. There are decent restaurants and shops nearby for quick catch-ups. A few suggestions: I noticed that some home appliances were ready for installation. It would be great if they could be fixed soon, as this would be helpful for guests. Additionally, a water dispenser (hot/cold) per flat would be a valuable addition, as water bottles tend to run out quickly with larger groups. Thank you once again, Mathew.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bougainvillea and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully appointed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the outstanding customer service. The were friendly, attentive, and made me feel like a valued guest. Very very worst experience stay in our whole trip. Worst maintenance. dirty room. Un clean bathrooms. No toiletries except soap . No car parking. I parked my car in road side. I will share the photo.

Had a terrible experience with fabhotels. The first hotel that I booked through fabhotels was locked from inside and I kept calling the numbers that were provided at the board of the building but nobody answered and it was heavily raining and I got completely drenched. I called the customer service of fabhotels and they put me on hold for more than 10 mins then I cut the call and called again. The customer support staff was very rude but he arranged the other hotel which was 3 kms away from the first place. Customer support staff was not at all empathetic and I told him that it’s highly inconvenient then he said I can’t do anything. Anyway, I reached this emirates Inn only to find out that there’s no hotel there by this name. The actual name of the hotel is Fortune Key Rooms and I kept on searching for the hotel and wasted another 10 mins there. Then finally the person at the reception came outside and I could check-in. The room quality was terrible. The sheets were dirty with holes in them and the shower was broken, no handwash, no towels were provided. All he gave me was a small soap. There was no water also. The bathroom door was faulty and I got locked inside and kept jimmying for 10 mins and finally was able to unlock. This was by far the worst experience ever

My booking was confirmed and my check in timings was at 12 PM but hotel receptionist didn't provide me room stating that rooms are occupied and they made me to wait until 6.30 PM and they gave me a wrost room where hotel staffs used to stay..

Check-in was poor. The hotel partnered with a few companies, and we booked through OYO for 715 rupees in advance. Upon arrival, the check-in person asked for extra money, claiming the starting price was 1000 rupees. We paid the remaining amount, as there was a power outage in the area. The room smelled bad due to drainage issues, and the AC and fan were not working properly. We contacted the front desk, but they didn’t respond. They sent a water bottle during check-in, but instead of a new one, they filled it in an old Bisleri bottle. We tried to adjust the time in the room, but we had to leave. We checked out that same night, and it was an awful experience. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
