This is one of the better hotels for this price range. It's not quite fantastic. However it delivered. The rooms were on the smaller end but adequate. The bathrooms didn't smell like scented flowers. They had the barest hint of the Indian toilet smell. Given our day outside, this was a comparison we were happy to work with. We didn't see any cockroaches, and the room had a few mosquitoes. But we just got out of around 5 bites a minute. Again a welcome change. Side note. Most of the Indian hospitality services have lead to us expecting unclean bedstuffs. So we didn't use the blankets provided. Now aside from getting what we paid for, No toilet paper was provided for the toilets. The bidet/spray is a wonderful supplement to be fair. But leaving the restroom with a soaked backdoor in hot and humid Mumbai is highly irritating. The attendants offered to fill up our bottles when we asked. It was nice, aside from the water being room temperature. I would have greatly preferred cold water. Either way, if your budget is around rupees 2000, I would recommend this hotel. As long as you remember that only a select few hospitality staff (the ones you will talk to face to face and who are waiting and hoping for you to pay them) in India care about your experience. As long as you pay for the bare minimum, the rest really couldn't be bothered

The hotel was shady as hell. No clear signage outside. Narrow stairs and a labyrinth inside the hotel. Not recommended for family.

Beware this hotel is like a lodge ....they cheat with guest actually.in the room fungus in bed back side wet plywood . insect in rooms . washroom washbasin leakage water down .they give 1 mineral water...even 3 person stay in triple bed room .foolish management don't know how to run hotel .they going downfall of they behaviour like this with guest .even we booked and paid already advance amount 2500 before 15 days .they denied to stay first .says you have to shifted in another hotel .rubbish culprit people..don't stay there never .don't have any humanity .worst experience in bkc this place .never back in this hotel in future .they are denied for card payment in this digital world .only cash payment accepted.dont waste your valuable money to stay here .alert plz all the kind and genuine peoples .

Very Disappointing Experience at Hotel Prime Land, Mumbai We had a very bad experience at Hotel Prime Land, Mumbai. The bathroom was extremely unhygienic with black fungus all around, which is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness standards were very poor. The rooms were also very small and not as expected. We had booked the hotel through Fab Hotels and even paid an advance amount. However, at the time of check-in, they denied our booking. The team was not responding or providing any proper support at that time, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, it was a very disappointing and stressful experience. Would not recommend.

Wasn’t worth the price spent. 7k for 3 days. Dirty rooms, no ac remote, not worth the money. No windows as well, you won’t understand if its day or night. Basic amenities like towels were missing or not available.

Im writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at one of your properties. I had the worst experience and feel compelled to share my concerns. First of all, I had called ahead to confirm my arrival time, only to be told by the manager that my room would not be provided because the price I booked at was too low. This is outrageousif the price was not acceptable to the hotel, why did you partner with FabHotel and offer a discount? The issue was eventually resolved after I contacted FabHotels customer care, but this should never have happened. If the pricing was an issue between you and FabHotel, it should not affect your guests. Secondly, when we arrived at the hotel, the manager demanded Aadhar cards from all four members of my party. One of us didnt have the back side of the card immediately available, and we assured him that we would provide it by the evening. Instead of accommodating this, the manager rudely told us we couldnt check in without it. Its unacceptable to speak to guests in such a manner, especially when we had already booked and paid for the room. Once we checked in, the problems only got worse. The TV and Wi-Fi were not working, and there were major water issues. The bathrooms flush wasnt functioning, and when I called room service to report it, I was shockingly told to "manage with my own" because they were aware of a plumbing issue. If you know about such issues, why arent they repaired before guests arrive? On top of that, the water in the shower stopped intermittently, making it extremely difficult to bathe, and the room was infested with mosquitoes. To add to this appalling experience, there was an incident where a group of boys got stuck in the hotels lift. When one of their friends asked the manager for help, the manager told him that they needed to rescue themselves and that he wouldnt help! This is absolutely disgraceful behavior and shows a complete lack of concern for guest safety. FabHotel, if you want to maintain your reputation and grow as a brand, I strongly suggest you reconsider your relationship with this property or replace the entire staff, especially the manager. This was the worst hotel experience Ive ever had, and I will not be returning to this property. I advise anyone else considering this hotel to think twice and look elsewhere for accommodation.
