Excellent hotel with very professional staff who is always helpful. Food is excellent too. Very comfortable stay throughout!! Looking forward to future stays.

Room itself was spacious and good Geyser was working Washroom was good Air-conditioning was good TV was not working, they kept giving excuses and finally told me they cant do anything about it Intercom phone was not working Wifi was not working Too many WiFi links but none working No Complimentary Breakfast was available

La palma hotel is far different from what they projects on the website. It is actually a dangerous place to be in. Looms are not at all good, like other reviewers mentioned all toilet and room sink equipments are rusted, bed & pillows smell horrible like it was never been cleaned. No security system, very dangerous area. While arriving late checking around 2am I had to go around for 20mnts looking for the address, hotel is hidden with no proper lights. Disgusting. I couldn't wait till sunrise to get the hell out of there. Very poor attitude from from office rep when complains were raised.

It was a really bad experience. We were two guests and they did not even provide 1 water bottle for free even though it was written free bottled water available at the time of booking.

⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing stay at FabHotel La Palm Suites, Bangalore. The reception had no proper staff and the person handling it was extremely lazy and unhelpful. We booked a room for 2 + 1, but they did not provide an extra mattress for the third person. Instead they expected us to adjust without basic arrangements. We had to argue just to get an extra pillow. To make things worse they didn’t even provide a simple water bottle which is the most basic service any hotel should offer. Overall the experience was frustrating and not worth the money at all. Would not recommend this place.

Locked Out at 4 AM, No Reception, No Contact Number. Absolutely Pathetic This is hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I checked in at 1:30 PM, left for office at 6:30 PM, and returned at 3:50 AM—only to find the MAIN ENTRANCE LOCKED. Yes, locked. For a hotel. Not a private home. Not a hostel. A HOTEL. No reception. No staff visible. No phone number to contact anyone. No bell. No instructions. Nothing. I was literally locked out of the hotel I paid for, standing outside in 13°C cold for 40 minutes. After a long workday. At 4 in the morning. I kept trying the door again and again—even though I knew it was locked—because I couldn’t believe a hotel could be this irresponsible. Eventually, a man showed up saying he was sleeping nearby and came because he “heard the noise.” Funny part? I tried opening the door 40 minutes earlier too, and made noise then as well. Apparently guests freezing outside don’t matter as long as staff can sleep. The staff was rude and unapologetic, giving excuses like “this is a residential area.” That is NOT my problem. If you’re running a hotel, guests must be able to enter and exit at any time. This is basic hospitality. And the room itself lacked even basic amenities: Not a single water bottle provided No toothpaste Essentials completely missing This place fails at the most basic level: safety, accessibility, and accountability. Locking guests out at night with no reception and no contact number is not just bad service—it’s dangerous. Avoid this place at all costs. This is not a hotel. It’s an absolute nightmare.

This is the worst hotel you can find in a prime location. Worse looking than a PG from inside. Don't get fooled by the reception and photos.

The room was tiny, filthy, and smelled awful the moment I walked in. Nothing, I repeat, nothing matches the photos they advertise. I honestly have no idea how this place has so many positive reviews unless they were written by the staff themselves. The bedsheet was disgustingly dirty, and after just one night I ended up with skin rashes. That’s how unhygienic it was. The location? Terrible. Definitely not what they claim online. And if you dare ask about cleanliness or room size, be prepared for the ultimate blame-passing circus: Agoda tells you to talk to FabHotels, FabHotels tells you to talk to Phoenix, and Phoenix sends you back to the receptionist. In the end, nobody helps you, nobody takes responsibility, and your issue never gets resolved. There are countless better options in the same area for the same price or even cheaper. Save your money and your health. There is absolutely zero reason to book this place.
