Very clean room breakfast was rely nice love it all i defenetly come again

Right from breakfast spread to staff courtesy, big spacious rooms to room service to helping with pick up/ drop arrangements everything perfect. Great place to stay.

Very comfortable.staff was welcoming and made your stay really comfortable. Breakfast was great,lots of variety and delicious.

Hotel is good but the fab customer service is worst you cant make any changes to yoour booking once you do the full payment , The hotel staff cant help you to cancel 1 day booking out of 2 days.. and the website email toll free all are ASSAM

Room was not according to the pictures and I paid for the breakfast but I didn't receive the breakfast very bad experience

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The service was poor, and the rooms were in extremely bad condition. The photos displayed online are completely misleading—what we saw in person was nowhere close to what was shown on the website. The rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell, and cleanliness was clearly not a priority. Elderly women in our group were not treated with basic respect, which was deeply upsetting. The hotel staff, including the receptionists, were very rude and unhelpful. There was no response to calls made via the room telephone, and getting any assistance was nearly impossible. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a horrible experience. The rooms were dingy, i was disturbed by the staff. Service was also disappointing. Its not at all worth the money.

Lift is not working, hotel is not according to the price what you have charged , we booked for two days and left in one day because of the hotel atmosphere.
