How to Reach Bangalore Airport

Bangalore Airport is smartly connected to the city of Bengaluru via every possible transport option. From January 2021, a train halt at the airport boundary started operation with five up and down trains every day, to and from Devanahalli. The train halt is connected to the airport terminal via 5-minute shuttle buses.     "Bathrooms were in bad shape with maintenance. Lime stains and almost every fixture required a work around to get it to work! There were no towels when we arrived. None of soap/shampoo dispensers worked. They were rusty and dirty. Bed gave me a back ache. Linen was worn out and long past replacement. Pillows were stained!!! The couch was torn and stained! Food was okay. Night staff were better than the day staff (they did not care for hospitality). Picture frame wall in the restaurant had frames that were not aligned or even hanging straight! Please dont stop caring for your property to this extent! I am not planning to return. I am surprised so many people found it clean!"

Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
